The presentation date depends on how many interest sign-ups for each date/time.

What is WRAP? 

WRAP is an acronym that means Wellness Recovery Action Plan.

The program was created by Mary Ellen Copland, PhD to help individuals with a variety of mental health issues monitor uncomfortable and distressing feelings and behaviors through a plan developed by the participants.  Discover your own simple, safe wellness tool by developing and following the steps below:

  • Develop Your Daily Maintenance Plan
  • Recognize Your Triggers
  • Recognize Early Warning Signs has gotten worse, but you are still in control
  • Create A Crisis Plan
  • Develop Your Post Crisis Plan

AHARI 1st Healthy Mind Retreat is scheduled March 25, 2020 to March 29, 2020.
